Memory/Memorial Christmas Wall Hanging
Display your memories every year with this wonderful Christmas Tree wall hanging made from the clothing of your loved ones. Remember a child's early years or a departed loved one by commissioning one of these unique hangings!
Size: The hanging is approximately 40 x 45 inches, and each hanging will be backed by a complementary Christmas fabric, and can be hung up using the three tabs across the top.

You'll need to send me a minimum of 35 pieces of child/baby clothing, plus a baby blanket. The fabrics should have smaller allover prints on them. T-shirts and similar items are cute, but the graphics are too large for these squares and all the solid color fabric in the rest of the shirt does not make an interesting hanging.
The hanging looks best with a good contrast between the tree fabrics, the background fabrics, and the border fabric (e.g. white/light background and green or red tree and green or red border).
If this is a memorial quilt, I need at least 5 pieces of adult clothing. Shirts/ties and blouses/skirts are best. As with baby clothing, t-shirts are not a good match.
In both cases, the more clothing you send, the more varied and interesting the Christmas hanging will be.
